In a world where everything is wanted and expected in a split second, many people assume the same with their coffee. “Instant coffee” is even a thing, which many true coffee connoisseurs can’t wrap their heads around. But when you slow down that coffee brewing process and let time do the work instead of heat, magic happens within that cup of joe.

And that is exactly what we do here at Belle Surf Café. We have our very own cold drip coffee process, which results in one of the best cups of iced coffee you will ever try. It takes 8 to 12 hours for us to brew the coffee, but that precious time heightens the quality so much that we believe it is worth it. When you use time to brew the coffee, it enhances the subtle flavors of those specific beans while wiping away almost all acidity that can be very present in cold coffees.

The cold drip process starts with a special coffee bean blend, specifically made for cold drip coffee, sent here to us from a coffee roaster in Seattle. We then use our Yama coffee towers to brew it once the beans are ground to the appropriate coarseness. After that, it's time that does all of the work, leaving us with our favorite cold drip iced coffee.

Our specific cold drip process is so smooth and yummy, it is our pride and joy. Customer wide we hear awesome reviews about it so it is definitely here to stay. Next time you’re on the island, come and try out the delicious cold drip iced coffee yourself, it is perfect on those hot summer days. We know it wont disappoint.

Grind it up!

The finished product!
